This 2,000 square foot 5-Bedroon house that sleeps 13 will surly impress.  If you like outdoor entertaining, look no more.  This property features 2,000 square feet of deck space including a heated salt water pool and a roof deck with both ocean and bay views.  The sunset from the roof deck is breathtaking.

On the first floor of this elegant house, is a master bedroom with vaulted ceilings, queen bed and double closet.  The bathroom is straight from a magazine with heated floors double sink and a stunning shower.  The open floor plan features a designer kitchen with an island overlooking the pool.  The 16’ glass slinging doors open to the eating area and pool.  There are two more bedrooms, one with a bunk (single over a full) and the other with a queen.

The top floor boasts the grand master suite.  With two sliding barn doors, you can decide to keep the designer bathroom, walk in closet and washer & dryer to yourself.  Or perhaps you may want to share it with your kids in the bunk room.  The vaulted ceilings and windows with a bay view create a fabulous space.

The house is located just steps from the beach and your family vacation is waiting.  Your rental includes linens, towels, toilet paper, hand soap, beach chairs and boogie boards.  And if that’s not enough, with bicycles included, Ocean Beach is minutes away.

This home has a strict 30 year-old minimum age requirement. This rule does not apply to families with children. Please respect the age requirement; homes are monitored closely and we would hate to have to ask you to leave.

July and August are full week rentals only. (Sunday to Sunday) unless specified

Other months are 3 night MINIMUM.

Other Costs: Cleaning Fee $200 & Pool Cleaning $100 & 3% Suffolk Motel Tax
